Lead complex commercial and infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout. Manage cross-functional teams of 15–35 professionals across multiple concurrent active projects valued up to $200M.
Provide structural engineering design and analysis for commercial high-rise and civil infrastructure projects. Collaborate with architects and project teams from concept through construction documents.
Oversee daily field operations on commercial construction projects ranging $20M–$150M. Direct and coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and maintain schedule integrity from mobilization through punch list.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and mixed-use projects ranging $10M–$250M. Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor bids. Develop competitive, accurate GMP proposals that win work and protect margin.
Develop, implement, and enforce safety programs across multiple active job sites simultaneously. Conduct site inspections, train crews, investigate incidents, and maintain full OSHA regulatory compliance.
